These Terms of Service govern your use of AgendaPro and its services. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our platform following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and using our meeting efficiency and agenda management platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. We provide tools designed specifically for project managers in Kuching to enhance their meeting productivity and follow-up systems. Your use of our services indicates your acceptance of all terms outlined herein. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically as we may update them to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Access to our platform is granted solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Any unauthorized use of our services or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
User Obligations
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are solely accountable for all activities conducted under their account. We require that you use our platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any conduct that disrupts service availability, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or interferes with other users’ experiences. Users agree not to upload, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes upon intellectual property rights. We expect all users to treat our platform and other users with respect and professionalism. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current. Any misuse of our services, including attempting to circumvent security measures or reverse-engineer our platform, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of our organization or our content suppliers. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal and professional purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written permission. Your meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items remain your intellectual property, and we do not claim ownership over user-generated content. However, by using our platform, you grant us the right to store, process, and display your content to provide our services effectively. We respect all third-party intellectual property rights and expect the same from our users. Unauthorized use of our proprietary materials may result in legal action and account termination.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our platform on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or profit loss. While we strive to maintain high service availability and data security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or absolute protection against all threats. Your use of our platform is at your own risk. We recommend maintaining regular backups of important meeting materials and agendas. We are not responsible for any technical issues, service interruptions, or third-party actions that may affect your use of our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Termination may occur if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in unauthorized or fraudulent activity, or for any reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our platform ceases immediately, and all associated data and content may be permanently deleted from our servers. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content resulting from account termination. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting our support team, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Outstanding payment obligations remain due even after account termination. Sections of these terms that are intended to survive termination, such as intellectual property rights and liability limitations, shall continue in effect. We encourage users to download and backup their important meeting materials before account closure.
